Document Description
The project proposes to develop approximately 320 acres of land in Otay Ranch known as Village 8 West. The proposed project would implement development planned for the site in the Otay Ranch General Development Plan (GDP), as amended. Village 8 West represents the most easterly portions of Village 4, a small southerly portion of Village 7, and the westerly half of Village 8, as illustrated in the GDP as amended. The proposed project is comprised of the following land use components: 42.2 acres of a mixed-use Town Center; 17.4 acres of Community Park; 3.1 acres of town square parkland; a 21-acre middle school site; a 5.8 acre community purpose facility (CPF) site; a 7.5-acre neighborhood park, an 11.4 acre elementary school site; and a total of 2,050 multi-and single family residential units.
