Document Description
The proposed Marine Science Campus Projects EIR analyzes the impacts of four related projects at UC Santa Cruz Maine Science Campus: 1) the Coastal Biology Building Project would construct a 40,000-sf new marine sciences research and teaching laboratory building and an 8,900-sf teaching and research greenhouse complex; 2) the MSC Infrastructure Project would make improvements to campus circulation and utilities necessary to serve the proposed CBB Project and other future development under UCSC's previously-approved MSC Coastal Long Range Development Plan; 3) the Nature Education Facilities Project would make improvements to public coastal access required by the CLRDP; 4) Specific Resource Plan Phase 1B would restore wetland habitats on the MSC.
