Document Description
The proposed project includes the demolition of a historic one-story, approximately 27-foot tall single-family residence, currently unoccupied, and the new construction of a four-story, 40 foot tall, ~ 4,202 sf residential building meeting California GreenPoint Building standards. The proposed building would be an owner-occupied primary residence with an in-law apartment rental unit.
