The proposed project is a Development Agreement focusing on the development of two parcels, totaling 28.5 acres of property, located within the Kiernan Business Park Specific Plan area, bounded by Bangs Avenue on the north, Palandale Avenue on the south and American Avenue on the east. The Development Agreement addresses the three proposed phases of development in the project area. The purpose of the Development Agreement is to determine the applicant's share of the traffic mitigation previously identified by the mitigated negative declaration for the entire Kiernan Business Park South FMP/IFP.
