The purpose of the project is to demonstrate to regulators, landowners, and local decision makers the feasibility of Dry Creek habitat enhancements on a smaller scale. The project is likely to include combinations of pool and riffle enahancements, off-channel backwater and alcove enhancements and/or creation, side-channel enhancments and stabilization of streambanks.
