Document Description
The City of Concord is proposing to conduct slope stabilization on a hillside above Ygnacio Valley Road, within Lime Ridge Open Space. The primary project action includes re-grading 0.54 acres of hillside that has a high slide risk to encourage positive drainage and reduce the potential for future sliding. In addition, the City will replace a 6 inch plastic storm culvert and remove all plastic monofilament erosion control rolls and matting placed during previous slide repairs. The currently proposed project covered by this IS/MND is necessary to complete slide repairs in the area. The total project area, including an access road, stockpile area, and drainage repair, encompasses 1.41 acres.
