The California Department of Parks and Recreation (CDPR), Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division (OHMVR Division), proposes to restore an altered streambed in Mitchell Ravine through 1) the removal of the berm and recontouring the stream to the pre-disturbance geometry and channel slope; 2) the realignment of the Hetch Hetchy Water and Power access road as feasible to minimize future inundation and road damage; 3) removal of sediment in three sediment ponds, and 4) culverts and repair of a stream crossing.
