This will be a 2,880 sf metal building to house the Downriver Volunteer Fire Company vehicles and equipment as well as kitchen and bath facilities. A well and septic in addition to minor trenching for power hookups to poll adjacent to property are included in the project. It will be built on 1.0 acre of donated land.
