In entitling the Subdivision Maps, the Applicant is requesting five (5) changes/additions i.e., "[A]mendments" pursuant to Ch. 9 of the Cordova Hills Master Plan. Section 9.2.2.2 provides for "Minor Amendments" if such changes/additions are in substantial conformance with all the performance standards identified in said section. The proposed Amendments for University Village involve minor text changes to the SPA and revision of the Land Use Plan, the Parks Plan and the Trails Plan; while Ridgeline Village involves two amendments, one to the Land Use Plan and the other to the Circulation Plan.
