Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-40485-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bruce Bell. The project is limited to the construction of transmission mains with an access road built on top of them. The transmission mains and access road work are part of a larger project that consists of the construction of two ductile iron transmission mains running parallel to Grant Line Road between Douglas Road and Chrysanthy Boulevard in the City of Rancho Cordova to serve the planned Cordova Hills development. Vegetation removal, excavation for the transmission mains installations, and backfilling and paving a concrete access road over the transmission mains will be done within the stream channel.
