Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0110-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Charles Somers, Cordova Hills LLC.
Project consists of grading activities in preparation for constructing residential units, a senior living facility, a university campus, recreational parks, a trail network, and open space preserves. The proposed project includes the following activities: site preparation, grading, and fill; construction of drainage infrastructure, culverts; culvert outfalls; temporary construction of equipment crossings; retaining wall construction and replacement, bridge construction and replacement; underground utility crossings; stream embankment stabilization; construction of detention/water quality/hydro-modification basins; utility maintenance, bridge and trail maintenance, repair of facilities, detention/water quality/hydro modification basin maintenance, and channel clearing.
