Document Description
The City of Oakdale 2007-2014 Draft Housing Element is an update of the 2001-2008 Housing Element that was adopted by the City in December 2003. The Initial Study/Negative Declaration tiers from the City's EIR prepared for the 2015 General Plan. The City's share of the 2007-2014 StanCOG Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) is 983 units. The update contains the goals, policies, and implementation programs the City of Oakdale intends to implement during the 2009-2014 Housing Element 5 yr planning period.
