NOTE: Review Per Lead Use Permit approval add 11,156 sf two story building addition including a mezzanine floor to the existing AT&T Telephone Company Site on Windsor River Road. The existing facilities are in urgent need of HVAC upgrades and equipment expansion to accommodate increased capacity demands for telecommunications and internet services. The proposed addition will house additional telecommunication equipment and power plant. A 10' high walled mechanical yard will be attached to the west side of the new addition to house two condensing units and the existing generator with belly tank. All A/C mechanical equipment will be installed on the mezzanine floor.
