Land further north of this area is designated for Light Industry, Public Parks, and Low Density Residential (4.1 to 7.0 dwelling units per acre) land uses. The City's General Plan Land Use Map designates land uses to the north, west, and south of the Grant Line Road Site as Heavy Industry. Land uses designations further south of the Grant Line Site include Public Open Space/Recreation, and Public/Quasi Public. The Sacramento County General Plan Land Use Map designates the area immediately east of the Grant Line Road Site as Intensive Industrial.
Document Description
The proposed project will construct a material storage facility consisting of red iron beam construction, masonry walls, and concrete foundation. Additional improvements include asphalt pavement repair, installation of stationary bollards, and miscellaneous improvements.
