Access to the site is provided off of Laverock Lane via two separate driveways. Parcel A's access is currently along a private driveway entirely located within the property boundaries. Parcel B's access is proposed to be along a private access easement which runs east and west over 1261 Laverock Lane (APN 192-240-017).
