Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of a Corporation Yard Facility for Paradise Irrigation District (PID) operations on Clark Road. PID intends to construct a 4,000 sf field staff office including a training room and shower/locker facilities and a separate 6,800 sf warehouse and repair facility primarily situated on APN 053-150-195. The operations facility will include above ground fueling station, emergency electrical generator for supply to all buildings, sand and gravel storage, vehicle and equipment storage, and pipe and fittings storage. Communication conduit will be placed between the PID Administration Building and the proposed buildings. The property will be graded and sloped with retaining walls and a pipe or new drainage channel constructed to accommodate the seasonal drainage flows across the property.
