NOTE: Review Per Lead The applicant, San Juan Water District (SJWD), proposed to install a 1,141 megawatt solar array on a SJWD-owned 5 acre site located across Auburn-Folsom Road from the SJWD plant site. The solar array will be used to power the SJWD water treatment plant and associated facilities. The project site is located within the community of Granite Bay in southeastern Placer County. Adjacent land uses to the project site include open space (Baldwin Reservoir), residential, and light industrial.
