This project is a Planned Development Permit to expand the area available for commercial services along highway frontage as part of the overall Graeagle Master Plan. There is an existing designated as Conveniece Commercial and zoned C-3 (Convenience Commercial); this project proposes to expand the existing area along the highway in order to provide an area suitable for location of future commercial services for Graeagle and the greater Mohawk Valley.
