- The RWQCB is issuing a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The project consists of: 1) removing the existing bridge structure; 2) constructing new bridge foundations, abutments, retaining structures, deck, and guardrails; 3) widening and reconstructing Sly Park Road; 4) installing culverts and drainage facilities; and 5) realigning Clear Creek Road to match the new grade. The project will permanently impact 0.006 acre/80 linear feet and/or temporarily impact 0.029 acre/262 linear feet of waters of the U.S.
