Document Description
The applicant proposes to place a new telecommunications facility within the lease area of an existing, unmanned wireless telecommunications facility. The existing facility is a 24' by 30', fenced area with an existing 63 ft high monopole and is currently utilized by two other wireless telecommunications carriers. The new equipment will consist of 6 antennas mounted on the existing monopole at the 56 ft high level, and associated radio equipment within a new storage cabinet, which will be placed on a 7' by 7' area within the existing fenced area. The site is located in a transit right-of-way, on the east side of San Antonio Avenue and Santa Helena Avenue, near the San Francisco International Airport. The proposed expansion will not add additional height to the tower or expand the footprint of the facility.
