Document Description
The City of Oakdale has proposed a 50 unit affordable multi-family senior housing project to be located on a City-owned parcel at 730 Old Stockton Road (APN 064-001-005). The proposed site is a vacant, 1.52 acre parcel that was previously prepared for development with frontage, utility and service systems improvements in place. The proposed site plan includes a mixture of one and two bedroom apartment units in a two and three story building. Three community facility rooms, laundry facility and on-site open space and parking are also included. In addition, a walking path will connect the senior center on the corner which provides many activities for seniors.
