Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an automotive repair, tire shop, storage building and office. The automotive repair and tire shop would provide full service automotive repair, complete tire services, brake work, and smog testing. Potentially up to three employees could work at the facility and hours of operation would range from 7am to 8pm seven days a week. Equipment used at the facility would be typical of what is needed in all automotive repair and tire shops and would include air compressors, pneumatic tools, and lifts. Although the entire site is 1.6 acres, the project area containing the 1800sf automotive repair and tire shop, 300sf storage area, and parking area is located on the southeast portion of the property.
