Document Description
The proposed Project would develop a 850,640 SF warehouse building, including 19,292 square feet of office space on a 43.56 gross acre site. Additional improvements would include landscaping, sidewalks, utility connections, implementation of storm water facilities and pavement of parking area and driveways. The proposed warehouse building would be single-story and approximately 55 feet tall, and include office space, loading docks, and associated vehicle and truck trailer parking spaces. Interim (temporary) truck route via northern driveway on Kirby Street. The ultimate truck route and access would be served from Sanderson Avenue
from Whittier Avenue (APN 456-030-010,456-030-038 and 456-030-019) or Olympia Way (APN 456-030-038 and 456-030-039).
