Document Description
The project is a package of State and local incentives meant to stimulate business growth. The Enterprise Zone program seeks to support in general the development of industry and business in a manner only supported by existing City and County regulations and policies by stimulating business growth though the offering of tax incentives. The program does not target any specific type of commercial or industrial development, nor does it target any specific development project.
