Document Description
Via this project, the City proposes to replace the City's deteriorated Outfall Main Pipeline which currently has inconsistent diameters of 15" and 18" inches. The pipeline will be replaced with a consistent 18 inch pipeline as the existing pipeline is chronically substandard. The project will also consist in the rehabilitation or relocation of 49 unsafe manholes.
