Document Description
The City of Holtville owns and operates its Wastewater Treatment Plant and provides wastewater collection and treatment services to its residents and the immediate areas outside the incorporated boundaries. The proposed action is to replace the existing Sanitary Sewer Outfall Main Pipeline, a raw wastewater pipeline that transports wastewater to the City's WWTP. The pipeline stretches ~3.2 miles between the City of Holtville Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Holtville City Limits.
