Document Description
Expansion of an existing automobile fueling and service station in the [Q]C4-1XI Zone to an approx. 3,195 sf automobile fueling station, convenience store and automated car wash with 7 days a week, 24 hours a day operations for the fueling station and convenience store, and 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, daily, for the automated car wash. As proposed, the project will require granting of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption, the location of a building containing a vehicle entrance, exit or opening within 100-ft of residential uses or R Zone in conjunction with an automotive use, construction, use and maintenance of a car wash within a Mini-Shopping Center/Commercial Corner Development, and 24 hours a day operations of a convenience store located within a Mini-Shopping Center/Commercial Corner Development.
