Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2014-0057-R5) to the project applicant, Coto Meadows, LLC. The project proposes to impact 0.916 acre of streambed, including 0.890 acre of permanent impact to southern coast live oak riparian forest and 0.026 acre of temporary impact to southern coast live oak riparian forest and mitigate with an undetermined acreage of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
