Document Description
This addendum updates the Salton Sea Species Conservation Habitat (SCH) Project FEIS/EIR finalized in August 2013, to include the State's Salton Sea Management Program - Phase I: 10-Year Plan (10-Year Plan). The 10-Year Plan identifies a sequence of habitat and dust control projects around the perimeter of the Sea consistent with the SCH Project preferred alternative. The addition of these changes would not have any significant environmental impacts beyond those already addressed in the SCH EIS/EIR or cause a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant effects.
