This Addendum updates the Salton Sea Species Conservation Habitat (SCH) Project Final EIS/EIR finalized in August 2013, to include construction of a demonstration pilot project at the north end of the Salton Sea consisting of approximately 154 acres of shallow and deep-water fish and bird habitat that would also have recreational opportunities.
