Document Description
This Addendum updates the Salton Sea Species Conservation Habitat (SCH) Project Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR), certified in August 2013, to include the SCH Dust Suppression Project. The project involves application of different treatments that reduce emissive dust, including surface roughening, engineered roughness, and application of surfactants. The addition of these changes would not have any significant environmental impacts beyond those already addressed in the Approved Project EIS/EIR or cause a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant effects.
