The proposed development will include a 12,644sf administration building, 8,460sf assembly hall, two bunk houses consisting of 4,238sf each, swimming pool and 1,200+-sf pool house, two gathering buildings consisting of 2,034sf each, 1,200+- sf chapel and an outdoor amphitheater area.
