NOTE: Review per Lead Request by Marshall Lewis for a Variance and Minor Use Permit to allow for the demolition of an existing single family residence, the relocation of an historic water tank, and construction of a new 5,300 sf two story residence with underground 2,812 sf garage. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 3,500 sf of a 24,480 sf parcel. The applicant is requesting a Variance to allow the residence to be located within the front yard setback and to allow the driveway to be located within the bluff setback. The project is located at 709 Lucerne in Cayucos at the corner of Ocean Avenue, in the community of Cayucos, in the Estero planning area.
