Division of 52.99 acres into three parcels (Parcel 1= 8.29 acres, Parcel 2= 30.28 and Parcel 3=14.43 acres). The site is located on the east side of Kaweah River's North Fork and portions of proposed Parcel 3 lie in the State Reclamation Floodway. A Botanical Survey was conducted and identified three elderberry shrubs on the site. Mitigation Measures include proposing the floodway is proposed as a no-disturbance buffer to provide species protection and compliance with US Fish and Wildlife Service's Conservation Guidelines for the Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle.
