Document Description
NOTE: Review per Lead The project proposes the transfers of Friant Division Central Valley Project water to the District and to San Luis Water District. Since there are no direct conveyance mechanisms in place by which to accomplish direct transfers, each of these transfers would be facilitated by the exchange of water through the Kern County Water Agency and/or the Santa Clara Valley Water District, or by exchanges of water that has been recirculated and recaptured in San Luis Reservoir as a result of San Joaquin River Restoration flows.
