Document Description
Extension of the northerly end of Atlantic Way approximately five feet from its current terminus. This environmental review is limited to assessment of the potential environmental impacts of extending the paved road approximately five-feet within the Atlantic Way right-of-way. Meaningful environmental review of the anticipated single family residence is not capable of being performed at this stage, in the absence of site- and design-specific plans. The subsequent design of the house, exact structure placement, size, site coverage, setback, building height and associated improvements (including the driveway and retaining walls) will require future discretionary approval by the Design Review Board including compliance with the CEQA.
