Extend the northerly end of Atlantic Way ~5 ft from the intersection of Skyline Dive Drive. The subject property does not have direct access from Atlantic Way, as there is a 1 ft wide strip of unimproved right-of-way that remained unaccepted, by the City, with the original approval of Tract Map 6721. The 1 ft right-of-way strip divides the north-end of the Atlantic Way right-of-way with the subject property and thereby restricts access. This environmental review is limited to assessment of the potential environmental impacts of accessing the proposed building site with access from Atlantic Way, as opposed to Canyon Acres Drive. The future design of the house and associated improvements will require discretionary approval by the Design Review Board.
