Document Description
Note: Final The proposed Development Agreement is for the construction of a proposed hotel and mixed-use project located on eight lots fronting on Wilshire Boulevard, Seventh Street and Lincoln Boulevard. The proposed project includes two potential development scenarios. The first scenario ("Development Scenario 1") would involve construction of a 285-room hotel and 16,421 s.f. retail/restaurant project, including adaptive reuse of an existing Landmark building structure (Santa Monica Professional Building), and separate mixed use 24-unit residential building with 1,600 s.f. of ground floor retail on a separate lot across 7th Court alley with frontage on Lincoln Boulevard. The second Scenario would not develop the 24-unit residential building.
