CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2011-0167-R6 [Revision 1]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: CSOLAR IV West, LLC, represented by Mr. Greg Kunkel 1044 N. 115th Street, Suite 400, City of Omaha, State of Nebraska, 68154-4446, Ph: (402) 691-9587. The Imperial Solar Energy Center West Project is limited to the construction of a 250 MW photovoltaic solar facility, supporting structures, transmission facilities, water treatment, plant control, roads, a substation, and an Operations & Maintenance building. The project lies within 1,130 acres of privately owned fallow agricultural fields and includes a 5-mile transmission line across land owned by the Bureau of Land Management.
