Note: Recirculated The proposed project would involve the partial closure of the existing Village Trailer Park and development of a 343,970-sf mixed-use project with 377 residential units and 25,940 sf of neighborhood-serving retail (of which up to 5,080 sf of the neighborhood-serving retail could be utilized for creative office/production uses). The proposed uses would be constructed within three new buildings. The proposed project would retain the easternmost portion of the existing Village Trailer Park located on Parcel No. 4268-002-006 (comprising approximately 20,038 sf), which would allow for 10 mobile home spaces to remain.
