The proposed project includes the closure of the existing Village Trailer Park and construction of a 399,581 s.f. mixed use project with 393 residential units, 105,334 s.f. of creative office, and 11,710 s.f. of neighborhood-serving retail. A two-level, 778-space subterranean parking garage would be provided under the proposed development. The project would include the development and dedication of the proportionate extension on the project site of Pennsylvania Avenue from Stewart Street to Stanford Street. On the project site, the street would be constructed at grade over a section of the project's subterranean parking garage. In addition, a new north-south road would be developed along the site's western border.
