The proposed project includes the closure of the existing Village Trailer Park and construction of a 353,000 sf mixed use development consisting of 108,000 sf of creative/office space, 11,000 sf of neighborhood-serving retail, 144 apartments (109 subject to rent control and 35 market rate), and 195 market rate condos. 710 parking spaces would be provided in a two-level subterranean parking garage. The project includes the two-lane extension of Pennsylvania Avenue between Stewart and Stanford in coordination with two neighboring properties to the west (2834 and 2848-2912 Colorado Avenue) and the construction of a New Road between the subject property and the property at 2848-2912 Colorado Avenue.
