NOTES: Extended Review This Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) evaluates the potential impacts of the proposed Zone Change (ZC#09-0001) and Tentative Tract Map (TR#00987) associated with the County Center ll Expansion project. With approval of the Zone Change, a variety of mostly civic-oriented land uses could ultimately be developed at the project site. Currently contemplated uses at the site include school and school administrative related uses, governmental services, commercial uses and open space/park. However, with the exception of Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) facilities, no specific development plan is proposed for the project site at this time.
