- NOTE: Review Per Lead The site plan was submitted in order to permit a new Fire Station. The property is currently zoned M-1 (Light Manufacturing). The site is currently vacant and is 4.00 acres in size. A new state of the art essential services facility 8,500 sf capable of housing 12 fire fighters, 4 fire trucks and all their gear is planned. All standard living amenities are provided including a full kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms, bathrooms and fitness room. The outdoor areas include a truck washing area, covered parking, and secure perimeter fencing. Access is proposed via North Eastern Avenue and Jones Street. 15 parking spaces are provided plus parking spaces for fire engines/emergency vehicles in the bay.
