Document Description
The proposed project consists of two City-owned sites, one at 911-927 E. Grand Avenue (Grand Avenue site) and the other at 625 S. Del Mar Avenue and 121 Mission Road (Del Mar Avenue site). The Del Mar Avenue site currently houses the City's Police Department and public works maintenance facility. The City of San Gabriel is proposing to expand and modernize the existing police facility at the Del Mar Avenue site, and relocate the existing public works maintenance facility to the Grand Avenue site, which currently contains a preschool, community facility, and small-scale solid waste transfer station. Only the small-scale solid waste transfer station would remain on the Grand Avenue site after construction of the public works facility.
