NOTE: Review Per Lead To relieve congestion and be consistent with existing and planned local development, the California Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the County of Riverside, proposes to modify the existing I-215/Scott Road Interchange with the Build Alternative. With the Build Alternative, the existing tight diamond-interchange would be modified to a partial cloverleaf configuration. The Scott Road overcrossing would be widened from two to six lanes, two new loop ramps would be constructed on the northern half of the interchange, the existing on and off-ramps would be widened and realigned, and Scott Road would be widened from Antelope Road and to just east of Haun Road.
