The reforestation project is intended to include removal of non-native species and restock woodlands along the Kings River, protecting the river, improving the land, and adding to the aesthetic appeal, as an on-going activity. Approximately 12 acres of the 24.02 total specified APN acres will be included within the project; the remainder will remain as active flood fringe/river bank area. The complete area is/will continue to be open to the public.
