- Document Description
- AVESD plans to acquire the above-described site for future development of a new elementary school. For planning purposes, AVESD assumes the school will support a Master Plan Capacity of up to 700 K-8 students at build-out. It should be emphasized that the environmental impacts discussed in this analysis are specific to land acquisition and provided by AVESD as a condition for taking title to the Site. A subsequent CEQA analysis would consider the environmental impacts of school construction and operation, once a project is designed.
