This activity consists of the discretionary approval for the project. This project consists of replacing approximately 163 feet of 8-inch sewer main. The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the existing sewer main and allow for better maintenance. The beneficiaries of the project include the people served by the Novato Sanitary District and the people of the State of California, by limiting the potential of spillage of sewage into local storm drains and creeks.
