Document Description
The purpose of this activity is to revise Guidelines previously adopted by the California Energy Commission to govern the administration of its State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 25460-25463. The Guidelines describe how the Energy Commission will implement its State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program and identify available funding, eligibility criteria, and procedural requirements to qualify for program funding. The Guidelines were revised to extend the rebate period under the State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program, to allow consumers additional time to submit rebate applications, and to make other minor clarifying changes. The California Energy Commission and participants of the State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program benefit from the adoption of revisions to these Guidelines.
